Interesting post… one of the creators of the Exit Strategy NYC app theorizing that the “best in class” paid apps only reach 3% of their addressable market.
If true, this presents a tough challenge in the US market which represents maybe half of the 45MM devices (between both iPhones and iPod Touches) sold to-date worldwide—at least until there is a much larger active install base of devices.
